Maria Cao

Maria Cao is an experienced professional with a strong background in case management and specialist support within the NSW Department of Education since February 2016. Prior to this role, Maria held positions as an Account Support Manager at NCR Corporation from February 2013 to January 2016, and as an Operations Specialist at Westpac from July 2012 to February 2013. Maria also has significant experience from an earlier tenure at NCR Corporation as an AMC Analyst from June 2007 to December 2011, where operational escalations for financial and retail managed service accounts were managed. Additionally, as a Field Service Coordinator at Chubb Security from February 2005 to June 2007, Maria oversaw the deployment of field resources for tier-one financial institutions in Australia, ensuring compliance with security procedures. Maria holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from the University of Technology Sydney, a Business Administration Certificate IV from TAFE NSW, and a PRINCE2 certification from APMG Australasia.
