Monica Strong

Monica Strong is an experienced professional specializing in digital strategy, data, and architecture, currently serving as the Executive Director at the NSW Department of Education since June 2022, where Monica also holds the role of Program Director for Transformation Support Services. Prior to this, Monica was the General Manager of Business Improvement & Programs at National Storage from August 2020 to June 2022, and worked as a Management Consultant at ASG Group in 2019-2020. Monica's earlier experience includes positions as Program Director and Principal Project Advisor at Queensland Health, Project Manager for various initiatives at ASG Group and Telstra, and roles at Unilever ranging from Project Lead to Supplier Relationship Manager. Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern Queensland.
