Shaun Ruming

Shaun Ruming currently serves as the Chief People Officer at the NSW Department of Education, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, Shaun Ruming was the HR Director for Pacific & Greater Asia at Pandora from November 2020 to November 2022 and Chief People Officer at 360 Med Care from July 2019 to December 2020. Shaun Ruming has extensive leadership experience in human resources, having held roles including Director at Leadership Lens, Chief Operating Officer at Guardian Childcare & Education, and various executive positions at McDonald's over a span of 12 years. Notably, Shaun Ruming is also the former Director/Owner Operator of The Coffee Club Australia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Charles Sturt University, along with additional studies in Strategic Human Resources from Harvard Business School and Transforming Organisations - Strategic HR from London Business School.
