David Raper

David Raper currently serves as the Acting Chief Executive Officer and Director of Policy and Insights at Cemeteries & Crematoria NSW, focusing on legislative and strategic policy frameworks. Previously, Raper held key roles at the National Audubon Society, leading strategy and special projects, and at DARe Social Impact as a Managing Consultant specializing in conservation and climate change. Raper has a significant background in corporate social responsibility at IBM, human resources leadership at Housing Works, and public policy roles in the NSW government, including the Department of Premier and Cabinet. Raper's educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and Bachelor’s degrees in Laws and Political Science from UNSW.
