NSW Department of Planning and Environment
Leah Schramm has extensive experience in urban planning and policy, currently serving as the Acting Executive Director for Metro Central and North in the Planning and Land Use Strategy division at the NSW Department of Planning and Environment since November 2010. With a career that began in 2004, Leah has held various leadership roles within the department, including Director positions overseeing Housing Supply Policy, the Office of the Group Deputy Secretary, and the State and Regional Economy. Prior to this, Leah worked as a consultant at Urbis, and gained foundational experience in planning through roles at Penrith City Council and other organizations. Leah holds a Bachelor of Planning with First Class Honours from UNSW and a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management from Flinders University.
