Michael Bruce

Michael Bruce has extensive experience in communications, currently serving as Director of Communications at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment since June 2015. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as Director and Manager of Media and Communications at Infrastructure Partnerships Australia from May 2011 to April 2015. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a Reporter and Acting Editor at Reed Business Information from 2006 to 2011, and as Cricket Coach at The Scots College from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Michael served as a Reporter and Editor at Liquor Watch from 2003 to 2006. Academically, Michael earned a Diploma in Journalism from Macleay College in 2001 and attended Newington College from 1992 to 1999.
