William Oxley

William Oxley is an experienced planning professional currently serving as the Manager of State Rezoning at the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, where leadership is provided for teams focused on rezoning precincts in Kellyville and Bella Vista as part of a transport-oriented development initiative. Previous roles include Manager of Local and Regional Planning for the Central Coast, and Principal Strategic Planner at Port Stephens Council, where significant reductions in planning proposals were achieved, alongside the development of key strategic planning documents. With a solid foundation in urban design and regional planning, William holds a Master of Urban Design from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New England.
