Tim Chapman

Tim Chapman currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the Treasurer in the NSW Government, focusing on policy development, stakeholder engagement, and legislation progression. Concurrently, Tim holds an academic position at the University of Technology Sydney, teaching public communication. Previously, Tim was a Senior Researcher at 89 Degrees East, where important social research was conducted for the YES campaign for Voice to Parliament, among other projects. Tim's experience also includes roles as a Public Communication and Campaign Specialist at Bluestone Agency, Chief of Staff at the Australian Council of Trade Unions, and Director of Strategy & Communication at the Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union. Tim holds a BA in Communication, Journalism from the University of Technology Sydney and has pursued additional education in the arts and graphic design.
