Leif Carroll has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Leif recently joined NSW Health as the Partnership and Integration Lead for the WNSW LHD MHDA. Prior to this, Leif worked at Western NSW Local Health District where they held various roles. Leif served as the Clinical Lead for the Mental Health & Drug and Alcohol Drought Support Team, providing high-level clinical services and managing the team to support consumers affected by drought. Leif also worked as the Partnership and Integration Lead and Nurse Unit Manager 3 MHIPU. Leif has proven expertise in clinical leadership, rehabilitation, and building partnerships with MHDA stakeholders.
Leif Carroll attended Charles Sturt University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing. Leif then went on to study at the University of Western Sydney in 2010, completing a Post Graduate degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse/Nursing.
