Margaret Martin

Margaret Martin is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinical operations and management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Clinical Operations at NSW Health since July 2017, Margaret previously held the position of Director of Implementation and Business Change at SA Health, where involvement included the implementation of a comprehensive electronic medical record system across multiple hospitals. Prior roles include Deputy Director of Surgery at Flinders Medical Centre, where operational leadership was provided for a large surgical division, and Program Lead at the SA Centre for Healthcare Improvement, focusing on clinical practice improvement initiatives for South Australia. Margaret holds a Master’s degree in Health Service Management and a Bachelor of Nursing from Flinders University.
