Mia Birkner

Mia Birkner is a Senior Mental Health Clinician at NSW Health since November 2023 and has been a Clinical Psychologist at Cloudberry Clinic and Gidget Foundation Australia since July and August 2021, respectively. With experience as a Clinical Psychology Registrar at Nala Hub and Laura MacCombie Clinical Psychological Services, as well as previous roles as a Provisional Psychologist at St Vincent's Health Australia, USYD Counselling and Psychological Services, and UTS Psychology Clinic, Mia has developed a robust skill set in mental health care and therapy. Additionally, Mia contributed to the White Ribbon Schools Program as an intern, focusing on trauma-informed practices. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University.
