Michelle Dobson

Michelle Dobson has extensive experience in administration and project management across various sectors, including healthcare and finance. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of ICT Services at NSW Health, Michelle has previously held multiple senior roles, such as Senior Administration and QUM Officer at John Hunter Hospital Pharmacy and Senior Project Officer at Hunter Imaging Group. Prior to the healthcare sector, Michelle spent over seven years at ING in various capacities, including Project & Change Manager and HR Advisor, where responsibilities included executing performance management approaches for senior executives and managing talent development programs. A graduate of the University of Newcastle with a degree in Visual Arts, Michelle combines strong administrative skills with a robust background in stakeholder management and project execution.
