Samantha Taouk Moubarak

Samantha Taouk Moubarak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Samantha started their career as an Actuarial Analyst at APRA in 2009, followed by a brief role as an Actuarial Analyst at Finity Consulting in 2011. Samantha then joined EY in 2012, where they worked as an Actuarial Analyst and later as a Manager in the advanced analytics focus area of the Advisory practice until 2017.

In 2017, Samantha transitioned to NSW Health, taking on various roles including Program Manager of Social Impact Investments, Lumos Implementation Lead, and Analytics Lead for System Integration Monitoring and Evaluation. Samantha is currently serving as the Director of System Monitoring and Insights at NSW Health, a position they have held since August 2022.

Throughout their career, Samantha has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, risk assessment, and modelling. Samantha is an Associate Actuary with strong quantitative and communication skills, and enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders to solve complex business problems.

Samantha Taouk Moubarak completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Actuarial Science at the University of New South Wales from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Catherine McAuley Westmead from 2002 to 2007 for their HSC.
