Andrew Hill is currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Foundation Programs at the NSW Waratahs. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions in rugby-related organizations such as General Manager Rugby Development at NSW Rugby Union and General Manager at Western Force. Andrew also has a background in coaching and education, with experience as a Director of Rugby Coaching at Newington College and various coaching roles at rugby clubs. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Teaching in Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Movement.

The NSW Waratahs are the representative rugby union team for the Australian State of New South Wales. Referred to by fans as the Tahs, the NSW Waratahs compete in the Super Rugby tournament. The NSW Waratahs are the State's only professional rugby team and each year contribute over $1,100,000 to support the development and growth of the grassroots game across NSW. As a high performance organisation, our vision is to deliver a success rugby team for NSW to be proud of and build a profitable and successful business to ensure the game’s long-term future. The team is based at David Phillips Sporting Complex, Daceyville.
