Currently working as a Development Officer at NSW Waratahs, Brent has previously held roles such as Rebuild Specialist at WesTrac Cat, Logistics Manager at DSI Underground Group, and Warehouse and Production Supervisor at Bullivants. With a degree in Commerce from the University of Newcastle and certifications in Lean Six Sigma from Caterpillar University, Brent has a solid foundation in business and process optimization.

The NSW Waratahs are the representative rugby union team for the Australian State of New South Wales. Referred to by fans as the Tahs, the NSW Waratahs compete in the Super Rugby tournament. The NSW Waratahs are the State's only professional rugby team and each year contribute over $1,100,000 to support the development and growth of the grassroots game across NSW. As a high performance organisation, our vision is to deliver a success rugby team for NSW to be proud of and build a profitable and successful business to ensure the game’s long-term future. The team is based at David Phillips Sporting Complex, Daceyville.
