David Sandberg

David joined NTACT in March 2021, bringing over 31 years of experience in the oil & gas, refinery, chemical, and energy sectors. He worked on the owner-operator side, as well as the contractor side. In the past, David has worked for Dupont, Shell Western Exploration & Production Inc., Coastal Chemical, Saulsbury, and F&C Engineers.

​David has held several leadership positions but spent the majority of his time in Business Development. Using his technical and relationship-building skills, David has proven to develop, maintain, and grow significant strategic relationships.

He has experience with a wide range of projects, including full EPC and any combination of Engineering, Construction (Civil, Mechanical, and E&I), Fabrication, and Procurement. He is familiar with Cryogenic Gas Processing, Amine treating, Gas Dehydration, SWDs, Slug Catchers, Stabilizers, Sulfur Recovery, Production Facilities, Compression, Pump Stations, Terminals, LNG, CO2 Tertiary Oil Floods, NGL recovery, RNG, Refinery Systems, Power, Automation, Module Fabrication, and Carbon Capture.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
