Larry Molinar

Mr. Molinar has over 40 years of project development and management experience in engineering and construction for the natural gas and petrochemical industries.

He began his career in 1975 with Saulsbury Electric Co. Inc. In 1989, Mr. Molinar served as GeneralManager for Saulsbury Electric Co. Inc. In 1996, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Saulsbury Industries Inc., where he was responsible for the operations of Saulsbury Electric Co. Inc., Saulcon Inc., and Saulsbury Engineering and Construction Inc.

From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Molinar served as Chief Operating Officer for Saulsbury Industries, Inc. During his tenure, the Saulsbury companies experienced significant growth and expanded into numerous markets.

In 2000, Mr. Molinar Co-founded and became Vice President of Millennium Gas Services, LLC, a contract gas treating company that was later sold to Crosstex Energy Services, L.P. (NASDAQ: XTEX) in 2003.
