Phil Padlla

Phil Padilla serves as Vice President of Finance for NTACT Operations. He joined NTACT in 2014 and has over 6 years of experience in finance & accounting. He is directly responsible for all accounting aspects of NTACT Constructors, Ltd and NTACT I&E, Ltd including accounts receivable, accounts payable & payroll.

Before joining NTACT, Mr. Padilla served as Commercial Banking Officer and Credit Analyst at Western National Bank which specialized in commercial lending to the oil & gas industry.

​Mr. Padilla is also involved in various volunteer roles for several non-profit organizations. He has served as President of Harmony Home Children’s Advocacy Center, founding Board Member & Treasurer of Young Professionals of Odessa, Chair for Leadership Odessa, and Board Member for United Way of Odessa.

​Mr. Padilla earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Texas Tech University.
