Christina Dorthellinger Nygaard

Christina Dorthellinger Nygaard is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in editorial leadership and strategic development. Currently serving as Managing Editor of the Visual Department at NTB since September 2017, Christina has focused on innovation across digital platforms, live video, and breaking news. In addition to their role at NTB, Christina is the Vice Chair of STUP, a member of the Norwegian Editors Association, and has served on various boards, including Arkitekst AS prior to its merger with NTB. Christina's previous positions include Head of Communications and Editor-in-Chief at Egmont Publishing, along with significant editorial roles at Bonnier Publications and Aller Media. Christina holds a Master's degree in Management from BI Norwegian Business School and has completed advanced courses in organizational psychology and leadership, as well as studies in law and philosophy. Most recently, Christina completed a leadership course focused on national and international security policy at Forsvarets høgskole.
