Gary Raymond

Gary Raymond is an experienced technical writer with a diverse background in documenting complex systems and creating comprehensive user materials. Currently, Gary serves as a Technical Writer at NTC - A Covius Solution since April 2021. Previous roles include Technical Writer II at DSS, Inc., where responsibilities included writing and editing manuals for the Department of Veterans Affairs, and Technical Writer at Danfoss Turbocor, where Gary created customer documentation for products. Gary has also held senior and technical writing positions at Liberty Medical Supply, Vertex Inc., and AT&T, contributing significantly to user documentation and documentation tool research. Gary began a career in journalism as a part-time sportswriter before transitioning into technical writing, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Northeastern University and a certificate in Internet Technologies from New York University.
