Aliris Maurera Aray

Aliris Maurera Aray has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. In 2004, they were an assistant at Compu Servic, where they sold a variety of products and services to the public, provided remote assistance and support via telephone or email, and issued invoices. From 2011 to 2019, they were an Assistant of IT at CISANE C.A, where they installed, configured and updated hardware and software, performed maintenance of IT equipment, and diagnosed and repaired errors. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Software QA Jr at NTConsult, where they analyzed and understood functional specification documentation to create test plans, identified and defined tests, monitored the testing process, and created test scenarios. Lastly, from 2019 to 2021, they were an Auxiliary I QSM at Consórcio HTBM - POA AIRPORT, where they created spreadsheets for internal checklists, warranty repairs, and non-conformities of the work, controlled and organized FVLS and laboratory tests, and controlled and organized quality certificates for materials.

Aliris Maurera Aray completed a degree in Engenheiro de Sistemas from Universidad de Oriente (VE) in the field of TI from 2002 to 2008. In 2011 and 2012, they obtained a specialization in Gerenciamento de projetos from Universidad Nacional Experimental de Guayana. In 2020 and 2021, they completed a degree in Tecnico em Administração from Escola Politécnica Brasileira in the field of Administração e Negócios. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Alura, CertiProf, Amdocs, Cognizant, TQI, Impulso, Digital Innovation One Inc., everis, Grupo GFT, and Udemy since 2021.
