Bruno Müller began their professional career in 2016 as a Jovem Aprendiz in the IT department of General Motors. In 2017, they moved on to become an Analista Administrativo Pleno and an Assistente de Vendas Jr. at Bremen Importadora Equipamentos de Lubrificação LTDA. In 2019, they joined ilegra as a Jr. Tech Recruiter and Estagiário de Recrutamento e Seleção. In 2020, they became a Mid Tech Recruiter at SOUTH SYSTEM, a Sênior Tech Recruiter at DBC Company, and a Sênior IT Talent Acquisition at Sicredi. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed as a Squad Talent Acquisition Leader and an IT Talent Acquisition at NTConsult. In these roles, they were responsible for recruitment and selection of technology professionals, strategic alignment of profiles with account managers, screening of candidates through e-mail and social networks, familiarization with agile methodologies, and more.
Bruno Müller has an extensive educational background. From 2019 to 2026, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Centro Universitário Cesuca. From 2021 to 2023, they are studying for a Technician degree in Analysis and System Development at UniRitter.
