Simona Mezić

Simona Mezić has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Program Coordinator at Makronova Institute. Simona then joined Martian & Machine in 2018 as a People and Culture Manager. In 2020, Simona joined Spryker as a Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech), and subsequently took on the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech) in 2021. Simona later became a Senior People Innovation Partner in 2022, and currently serves as a Team Lead People Innovation Partnering.

Simona Mezić has a Master's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology at the same institution from 2009 to 2012. In 2014, they also attended Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz for a psychology program. In 2018 and 2019, Simona pursued studies in Body Psychotherapy at Centar za integrativni razvoj. From 2021 to 2022, they completed a Systemic Coach (DBVC) program at artop - Institute at Humboldt University in Berlin. Simona Mezić also holds a Yoga Instructor Certification (TT 300) from Pink Elephant Yoga House / European Yoga Federation, obtained in 2017.
