Jovan Costa has worked in various Quality Assurance roles since 2011. Jovan began their career as a Senior QA Analyst at QSi - Qualidade em Sistemas de Informação Ltda. in 2011. In 2012, they moved to Accenture as a Senior QA Analyst. In 2013, they became a QA Analyst at Huawei/Altran. In 2014, they were a Product Manager at TIMWE. In 2015, they became a Senior QA Analyst at Quality Software @ Infoglobo. In 2016, they were a Senior Test Analyst at TATA Consultancy Services @ Jaguar Land Rover and a SQA at Galaxe Solutions @ Johnson & Johnson. In 2020, they were a Tester at BairesDev, a Quality Assurance Engineer at NTConsult, and a Quality Assurance Consultant at JCCTI.

Jovan Costa has a diverse education history. From 1995 to 2000, they attended UERJ for a degree in Statistics. In 2001 to 2003, they attended Centro Universitário Positivo for a Pos-Graduation in Game Development. From 2014 to 2017, they attended Estácio for a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Project Management. From 2019 to 2020, they attended Faculdade VINCIT for an Engineer's degree in Quality Control Technology/Technician and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Information Technology Project Management.
