Júlio Cesar Schweikart

Júlio Cesar Schweikart has worked in the software engineering industry since 2004. Júlio Cesar began their career as a Java Developer at Vivo and then Advanced IT SA in 2005. In 2008, they joined Pure Bros as a Tech Leader, where they were responsible for defining the software architecture and technical leadership. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Zenvia | Mobile Results as a Software Development Manager, promoting agile methodology in the system development life cycle. Júlio Cesar then joined Zenvia Mobile as an IT Specialist and Team Leader, supporting the development and maintenance of a chatbot platform and data analysis ecosystem. In 2019, they became the CTO at Mobo Cupons, managing the backlog, product development, and technical evolution, as well as contracts with suppliers. Currently, they are working as a Lead Software Engineer, Team Leader, and Account Manager at NTConsult.

Júlio Cesar Schweikart earned a Bachelor of Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul between 2001 and 2007. Júlio Cesar then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2015 and 2016, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
