Setembrino Lusa began their professional career in 2013 as an Application Lifecycle Management Practice Specialist at BRQ. In 2014, they moved to InfoSERVER (HSBC - Av. Pres. Kennedy) where they worked as an Engenheiro de Software - DevOps - Agile - Application Lifecycle Management Practice Specialist. In 2015, they joined CENTRUM Engenharia de Software as an Engenheiro de Software - DevOps - Agile - Application Lifecycle Management Practice Specialist, where they worked on projects of software development for various segments, as well as leading teams in various process improvement and implementation projects in ALM - Application Lifecycle and Software Quality in various medium and large organizations. In 2016, they joined MAGNA SISTEMAS as an Engenheiro de Software - DevOps - Agile - Application Lifecycle Management Practice Specialist. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Accenture as an Application Development Team Lead, developing BPMN for workflow, Java programming to integrate with IBM Websphere MQ and IBM Integration Bus, and orchestrating processes and validations. In 2020, they joined Agility Networks Tecnologia as a Software Engineer. In 2021, they moved to Itaú Unibanco as a Senior Software Engineer. Currently, Setembrino Lusa is working at NTConsult as a Solutions Architect / Software Engineer / Camunda.

Setembrino Lusa obtained an Engenheiro degree in Engenharia de Software com UML from UNIFIL - Universidade Filadélfia between 2007 and 2009, and a Tecnologo degree in Processamento de Dados from UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná between 2006 and 2008.
