Vinícius Cândido de Carvalho

Vinícius Cândido de Carvalho began their career in 2014 as a Technical Support and Tester at Inforsystem Tecnologia. Vinícius then moved to Quality Assurance and helped on the implementation of test automation for legacy code using TestComplete (JavaScript). In 2015, they joined Globaltec S/A as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, where they analyzed software projects, created test plans and schedules, and performed proactive and reactive analysis of product quality. Vinícius then moved up to Software Quality Assurance Manager, where they managed the Quality Assurance team, aligned the QA strategy with the company's strategic planning, and drove the automation strategy. In 2022, they became a Self Employed Software Quality Assurance Consultant, where they helped companies to create a healthy environment for QA teams and build them in high level in agile contexts. Vinícius also helped QA teams on test automation and to develop well-structured code. Finally, they joined NTConsult as a Senior QA Automation Engineer, where they created and maintained the Test Automation Roadmap, and tested web UI and chatbot using Robot Framework, as well as AWS APIs using Robot Framework and Python.

Vinícius Cândido de Carvalho holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the Universidade Federal de Goiás, which they completed in 2018. Vinícius is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Leadership 4.0 and Human Development from INPRO Instituto Projeção, which they began in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Alura in Cypress: Automation of E2E Tests and Quality Assurance: Test Plan and Bug Management in March 2022, a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in July 2020, and a Web Development - 20 projects certification from Udemy in July 2019.
