Vinícius Rossi

Vinícius Rossi has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2016. Vinícius began their career as a Supervisor of a store and logistics at DPS Distribuidora de Autopeças. In 2018, they worked as an Assistant of Human Resources and an Intern of Psychology at Comercial Zaffari Ltda. In 2020, they joined Tiaraju Engenharia as an HR Analyst, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection, job postings, training and development, and psychological and psychosocial evaluations. Vinícius also developed strategies and methods to assist employees in their career development, such as the company's structured integration process and leadership schools. Most recently, in 2021, Vinícius joined NTConsult as a Tech Recruiter and Talent Acquisition.

Vinícius Rossi completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Complexo de Ensino Superior - IMED between 2014 and 2018. In 2022, Rossi obtained a MBA in Strategic Project Management and Agile Methodologies from Descomplica Faculdade Digital.
