Shantelle Dunlap

Shantelle Dunlap, SHRM-CP MHRM, is currently serving as a Client Relations Coordinator at nTech Workforce, a respected minority-owned staffing solutions company since June 2023. With extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, Shantelle has worked as a server at Phillip's Seafood since August 2019, an Administrative Assistant at Residential Realty Group Inc. from May 2022 to June 2023, and co-founded Harford County Freedom Reclaimed, a grassroots organization focused on racial justice in Maryland. Previous internships include a position at the Office of the Public Defender Maryland and Grossman Young & Hammond, LLC. Shantelle's educational background includes a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Towson University.
