Maxim Kochurov

Maxim Kochurov started their work experience as an Intern Analyst-Developer at Yandex in 2016. In 2017, they became an Intern Data Scientist at Yandex Data Factory, followed by a role as a Research Assistant at Высшая Школа Экономики. In 2018, they worked as a Research Consultant at Quantopian and as a Researcher at Samsung R&D Institute & AI Center Russia.

In 2020, Maxim joined PyMC Labs as a Principal Data Scientist and NtechLab as a Research Engineer, where they built a sustainable research infrastructure for large-scale efficient training and achieved top 1 NIST FRVT for Face Recognition. Maxim currently holds the position of Senior Research Engineer at NtechLab.

Maxim Kochurov pursued their higher education with a strong focus on data-related studies. From 2018 to 2020, they attended the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, where they obtained a Master's degree in Data Science. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, Maxim attended Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics.
