Mahadev Ghame

Mahadev Ghame is a skilled engineer with substantial experience in the electric vehicle sector. Currently serving as the Lead EV Motor Research and Development Engineer at Varroc since May 2019, Mahadev focuses on the design, development, and testing of traction and hub motors for electric vehicle applications, specializing in BLDC motor design. Prior to this role, Mahadev worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Ducati Energia (India) Private Limited from July 2016 to May 2019, contributing to the electromagnetic design of BLDC motors and alternators. Mahadev holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from D.Y. Patil Institute of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2016, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Ratnagiri, finished in 2014.
