Adanna Asadu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Adanna started their career as a News Reporter at Daily Independent Newspaper in 2005. Adanna then worked as a Customer Service / Front Desk Officer at Access Bank Plc from December 2006 to December 2007. Following this, they joined Visafone Communications Ltd in February 2008 as a Customer Care Agent, where they interacted with customers, resolved complaints, and maintained transaction records.

At Visafone Communications Ltd, Adanna held multiple roles from 2009 to 2016. Adanna served as a Customer Care Specialist, where they handled sales transactions, issued swaps, and managed stock orders. Adanna also worked as a Corporate Sales Specialist, conducting retail sales of Visafone products and services while implementing business models for sales growth. Later, they became the Public Affairs/SME Supervisor, contributing to the corporate sales strategy and managing key accounts for revenue growth.

Prior to that, they attended Okenalogo Secondary School in Obowo Imo State from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained their SSCE. In addition to their formal education, Adanna Asadu also earned a certification in Customer Service Fundamentals from Knowledge Accelerators in October 2022.
