Magnus Arveng

CEO and Co-founder at Ntention

Magnus Arveng has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2010, they began working as a store employee at REMA 1000 in Norway while attending high school. Magnus continued working there part-time until 2015. In 2015, they became the Project Manager at Start NTNU, a non-profit student organization that promotes entrepreneurship. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Substitute at If P&C Insurance, where they were part of a project group that conducted extensive cleanup of old insurance policies. Concurrently, in 2016, they co-founded and became the CEO of Arveng Technologies, a company focused on innovation and development of technological products. Magnus'srole at Arveng Technologies involved redefining the experience of Human-Machine Interaction. In the same year, they also co-founded and became the CEO of Arveng Industries AS. Notably, in 2015, they served as the Class Representative (KTV) at NTNU, responsible for representing and addressing any issues or concerns raised by the class. In 2017, 2018, and 2019, they worked as a Summer Research Student at Nordic Semiconductor ASA. From 2020 to 2022, they co-founded and served as the CEO of NEXUS (NTENTION EXTENDED UTILITY SOLUTIONS AS), an organization that developed a digital platform to enhance project quality and collaboration. Lastly, in September 2021, they became the Co-founder and CEO of Ntention.

Magnus Arveng began their education journey in 2010 at Nesbru videregående skole, where they studied Realfag until 2013. In 2014, they attended Luftforsvarets befalsskole, Kjevik, and obtained a Sersjant degree in Baseinstruktør.

From 2015 to 2021, Magnus pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industriell økonomi og teknologiledelse at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Additionally, from 2019 to 2021, they simultaneously pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the same institution.
