Sue Courtney

Sue Courtney, Chartered MCIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sue is currently the Head of HR, People & Culture at Nteractive, a position they have held since 2023.

Before joining Nteractive, Sue served as the People & Culture Director at LimeLight sports from 2007 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing the company's HR strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, organizational development, and performance management. Sue also oversaw the establishment of HR policies, training programs, and employee relations initiatives.

Prior to their role as People & Culture Director, Sue was the Head of Corporate Services at LimeLight sports from 2011 to 2016. During this time, they played a key role in implementing the company's corporate strategy and collaborated with other department heads to ensure consistency across all operations.

Sue began their career in 1998 as a Project Manager at Limelight Sports, where they demonstrated their strong project management skills. Sue later held positions as an Account Manager at Holmes & Marchant Counsel and as a Project Director at Limelight Sports.

In 2005, Sue briefly transitioned to South Wales Police as a Business Development Manager before returning to LimeLight sports in a senior position.

Sue Courtney, Chartered MCIPD, holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at the same university, from 2013 to 2015. Sue also has a Higher National Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma in Fashion Design and Marketing from Arts University Bournemouth, attained from 1990 to 1993. Furthermore, they hold a BTEC Diploma in Art & Design from North Devon College, completed from 1987 to 1990.
