Norman Campbell

Norman Campbell has a strong background in information technology and management. Norman has served as the Head of Technology at the National Treasury Employees Union since 2015, where they implement strategic technology initiatives and oversees cross-functional teams. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Information Technology and Member Services at Associations International, where they provided a strategic approach to IT operations for the company and its clients. Norman has also held leadership roles at the Association of the United States Army and the National Business Travel Association. Norman has experience in web development, technical analysis, and imagery analysis from earlier positions at kinkos.com, UTA, Inc., and the US Army.

Norman Campbell has a diverse education history. Norman pursued Graduate Studies in Business Administration at Shenandoah University. In 1999, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems from Strayer University. Prior to that, in 1996, they studied Business Administration at Fayetteville State University. Norman completed their high school education at Osbourn High School from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in 2018.
