Denise Garlington

Denise Garlington is an experienced compensation leader currently serving as Total Compensation Leader and previously as Sales Compensation Manager at FinThrive since March 2017. Prior to FinThrive, Denise held multiple positions in sales compensation and operations at Avaya from July 2000 to March 2017, including US Sales Operations Manager and various roles in Global Incentive Compensation. Denise's career began in finance and credit management with roles at Danaher, Kellwood Company, and ConAgra Foods. Denise holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Louisiana - Monroe, where education was completed between 1985 and 1991.
