Anton Shufutinsky Ph.D., Dhsc, Msph, Chmm, Rehs, Rodc

Anton Shufutinsky, PhD, DHSc, MSPH, CHMM, REHS, RODC, serves as Founding Director and Faculty at Sacred Heart University since June 2024 and holds the position of Chief Innovation and Experience Officer at the Institute of Interdisciplinary Leadership Education and Development (I-ILEAD) since September 2019. As President and Principal of Changineering Global since December 2016, Anton focuses on personalized organizational development consulting. Additional roles include Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Organization Development Network and Board Member for the International Society for Organization Development and Change. Anton also contributes as Guest Lecturer at The Cooper Union, Associate Editor for Organization Development Review, and Editor for Organization Storytelling Review. Educational credentials include a PhD in Organization Development and Change from Cabrini University, a DHSc in Public Health Science from Nova Southeastern University, and an MSPH in Public Health - Industrial Hygiene from San Diego State University, among other degrees.
