Sukari Pinnock Fitts MSOD, PCC is an experienced educator and organization development consultant with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, Sukari teaches courses in the Human Resources Masters Program and is actively involved in designing and advising the Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management Professional Certificate Program. As the former Program Director for the Georgetown Executive Certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, responsibilities included curriculum design and faculty recruitment. Additionally, Sukari operates Shiftwork Consulting, offering leadership development and coaching services, and has served as a trainer at the NTL Institute. A former board member of the ACTO organization, Sukari chaired both the Membership and Education Committees, contributing to initiatives in DEIB. Educational credentials include an MS in Organization Development from American University and a BA in Labor Studies from the National Labor College.
