Phil Schmidts

Phil Schmidts has over three decades of experience in sales and management within the bearing and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for OEM at NTN Bearing Corporation of Canada Ltd since May 2000, Phil has held various positions including Director of Sales for the Industrial Aftermarket, Division Manager for Western Canada, and Regional Manager for Western Canada, where responsibilities included the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets. Prior to NTN, Phil worked at Federal-Mogul as an Account Representative and Branch Manager, and began a career in the industry at Engineered Bearings Ltd. as a Shipper/Receiver. Education includes studies at The University of British Columbia and the University of Alberta.
