Sylvia Silveira

Sylvia Silveira currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources & Operations at NTN Bearing Corporation of Canada Ltd., a position held since February 2011, where responsibilities include driving organizational effectiveness and supporting the President & CEO on major initiatives while overseeing all people functions. Previously, Sylvia held the role of Director of Human Resources, managing Human Resources, Health and Safety, Payroll, and Labour & Employee Relations across Canada. Prior to joining NTN, Sylvia worked at Quad/Graphics, formerly known as World Color Press Inc./Quebecor World Inc., from August 1996 to June 2010 as the Regional Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR, Health and Safety, as well as Labour and Employee Relations for three facilities with over 900 employees in Central Canada. Sylvia is an alumnus of the Schulich School of Business at York University and Humber College.
