Maggie Hennessey

Maggie Hennessey has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruiting. Maggie most recently worked at nTop as the Manager of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they worked at Gem as a Senior Recruiter, where they were responsible for hiring and building teams in Enterprise Sales, Sales Enablement, and Solutions. During their time at Gem, they exceeded recruiting targets, increased diversity in candidate representation, and played a key role in various talent initiatives. Before that, Maggie worked at SmartRecruiters as a Lead Recruiter, where they collaborated with hiring managers to hire employees for Sales and Marketing teams. Maggie also had a brief stint at SmartRecruiters as an Implementation Consultant. Maggie's earlier experience includes co-founding and working at Mighty Talent Group as a Recruiting/Operations professional, as well as working as a Recruiter at Wollborg Michelson Recruiting and a Branch Recruiting Coordinator at Volt Workforce Solutions. Maggie started their career at SEPHORA, where they held roles as a Communications Coordinator and a Sephora University Coordinator.

Maggie Hennessey completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication from Lewis & Clark College between 2007 and 2011. Maggie then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies from 2016 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Maggie has obtained several certifications such as "Getting Things Done" from the institution of the same name in April 2015, "Think and Speak for Results" from Mandel Communications, Inc. in November 2014, and "Fierce Conversations" from Fierce, Inc. in August 2013.
