Matthew Iczkowski currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at nTop since January 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Carbon from August 2017 to January 2024, where as a Technical Program Manager in Application Development, Matthew consulted on the adoption of Carbon DLS 3D printing technology for high-volume manufacturing, and collaborated closely with product managers and application engineers to transition designs from concepts to initial launch. In the role of Technical Partner in Customer Success, Matthew managed over 30 global and domestic implementations across various industries, addressing complex technical challenges through inquiry, hypothesis formulation, and detailed experimentation related to Carbon's DLS additive manufacturing technology. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from High Point University.
