Rick Groves

Rick Groves' work experience starts with their current position as a Senior Manager of Business Operations at nTop, which they began in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Wayfair, where they held the roles of Senior Manager of Strategic Operations from March 2022 to September 2022, and Manager of Strategic Operations from October 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining Wayfair, Rick worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Consultant from August 2016 to October 2019. Rick also served as the President of the Penn State Interfraternity Council from December 2014 to December 2015, and before that, they held the position of Administrative Vice President from September 2014 to December 2014.

In 2015, Rick worked as a Process Assurance Intern at PwC, and prior to that, they served as the Treasurer of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity from December 2013 to December 2014.

Additionally, Rick gained experience as a Project Management Intern at Viridity Energy, Inc from June 2014 to September 2014. Rick started their career as a Caddy at Aronimink Golf Shop in June 2007, where they worked until August 2013.

Rick Groves obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Penn State University from the years 2012 to 2016.
