Sihle Mthiyane

Sihle Mthiyane began their work experience in 2009 as an IT Manager at Murray & Roberts (Hall Longmore). From there, they moved on to Thales South Africa Systems in 2012, where they served as the Head of Information Technology until 2016. In 2016, Mthiyane joined Sanlam Health Management as the Senior Manager of Information Technology Operations, a position they held until 2018. Currently, Mthiyane is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at NTP Radioisotopes SOC Ltd.

Sihle Mthiyane completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Zululand from 2001 to 2003. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Wits Business School. In 2017 to 2018, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution, Wits Business School.
