Koushik Saha

Koushik Saha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the power sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager at NTPC Limited since April 2019, focusing on market analysis and opportunities in decarbonization. Koushik also contributes as a Research Member for the Ministry of Power in India, analyzing strategic inputs since October 2022. Previously, Koushik held various roles at NTPC Limited, notably leading teams in electrical operations for coal-fired units and the commissioning of power plants, and worked at Reliance Power Ltd. overseeing electrical maintenance. Koushik began a career in engineering with a Graduate Engineer Trainee role at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. Following an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Koushik possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.
