Sankara Subramaniam V has extensive experience in the power and engineering sectors, currently serving as Deputy Manager in both HR - Corporate Communications and Main Plant Operation at NTPC Limited since December 2018. Previous roles include Assistant Manager in Main Plant Operation and Executive Trainee, with a strong focus on operations, safety compliance, and defect identification. Prior to NTPC, Sankara worked as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Vedanta Resources Plc, coordinator for the Campus Placement Committee at the National Institute of Technology, and as an engineering intern at Dalmia Cement and Chennai Petroleum Corp Limited. Sankara holds a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
