Shubham There is a skilled Blasting Officer with extensive experience in the mining sector, including roles as Deputy Manager and Shift Incharge at NTPC Limited. They have also worked as a Management Trainee at Steel Authority of India Limited and held various trainee positions at CMPDIL, Western Coalfields Limited, and Hindustan Copper Limited. Shubham is currently pursuing a Master of Technology in Mining at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, after earning a Bachelor of Technology in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. They completed their early education at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, where they demonstrated strong academic performance.
