Eric Chreist

Eric Chreist has over 20 years of work experience in software quality assurance and management. Eric is currently working as a Quality Manager at Ntracts, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at DMI (Digital Management, LLC) from November 2018 to February 2020. Eric also held the role of Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst at iLAB from August 2018 to November 2018.

From 2013 to 2018, Eric worked at hc1.com as a Software Quality Architect. In this role, they managed the software quality process, including test automation initiatives. Eric also managed on/off-site test automation development engineers and served as a Senior Test Automation Development Engineer and Coordinator.

Before that, Eric worked at RICS Software from August 2011 to May 2013 as the Manager of Quality Assurance. Eric oversaw the development and maintenance of the quality process and monitored major quality projects and directives.

Eric's previous roles include Senior Quality Engineer at Aprimo from January 2010 to August 2011 and Quality Assurance Coordinator at ITT Educational Services, Inc. from May 2009 to January 2010. Eric also served as a Senior QA Engineer at ChaCha from October 2007 to March 2009 and as a Software Test Engineer and Support Engineer at Interactive Intelligence from 2000 to 2007. Eric started their career as a Desktop Support Analyst at Bell Techlogix from October 1997 to April 2000.

Eric Chreist received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Speech Communications from Ball State University from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Carmel High School from 1987 to 1991. Eric also holds additional certifications, including an HC1.com HRM Certification obtained in August 2013 and a CompTIA A+ certification obtained in November 1999.
