Jan Adams

Jan Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality, health, safety, environment (QHSE), sustainability, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Global Head of QHSE, Sustainability, and Digital Transformation at NTS Amega Global since August 2017, Jan directs the implementation of QHSE Management Systems and manages a three-year digitization and sustainability plan. Previous roles include Group QHSE & Digitisation Manager and Business Improvement Manager at NTS Amega, where Jan was instrumental in project management for QHSE documentation and the redesign of Quality Management Systems. With earlier experience at GE Oil & Gas and Halliburton, Jan has a proven track record in process improvement, ERP project leadership, and achieving ISO accreditation. Jan holds a BA (HONS) in Law and Management as well as an HND in Legal Services from Robert Gordon University.
