Stephen Proctor has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Stephen has held leadership positions at various companies, including NTS AMEGA, Sigma Engineering Works LLC, GE Oil & Gas, and Cameron. In their role as Vice President APME at NTS AMEGA, they are responsible for driving operational excellence, securing investments, and strengthening customer relationships. As an Operations Manager at Sigma Engineering Works LLC, they managed a large team and oversaw aftermarket repairs and fabrication projects. At GE Oil & Gas, they served as a Project Manager and Test & Assembly COE leader, where they successfully built and managed a team for the assembly and test of subsea trees. Stephen also held the role of Manufacturing Manager at Cameron, where they improved processes and increased efficiency. Furthermore, Stephen Proctor served in different roles at GE Oil & Gas, such as Global Shop Process Leader, Manufacturing Cell Leader, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on process improvement, efficiency, and cost management.
Stephen Proctor attended Forfar Academy from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained 7 Standard Grades and 2 Highers. Afterward, they pursued their higher education at Angus Technical College from 1991 to 1995, graduating with an HNC in Mechanical & Production Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Mechanical & Production Engineering from the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA).
